Our Programs
AK Wrestling Foundation gives young people multiple ways to grow through wrestling, mentorship, and leadership development. Our programs include structured training, Friday Night Live, specialized clinics, community events, Future Coach Training, and noncompetitive fitness opportunities. Whether a participant is beginning or pursuing elite competition, every program is designed to build discipline, confidence, resilience, and belonging.
The Pathway to Olympian guides committed athletes from foundational skills toward elite competition. Through disciplined training, mentorship, character development, and access to higher-level opportunities, wrestlers build the skills and mindset needed to compete, lead, and become champions on and off the mat.
Pathway to Olympian
Friday Night Live delivers five hours of structured, high-energy wrestling in a safe environment. Athletes sharpen their technique, build confidence, and compete with purpose while spending Friday evenings connected to a positive wrestling community.
Friday Night Live
Future Coach Training prepares young leaders for coaching roles through instruction in communication, athlete development, safety, and mentoring. Participants gain hands-on experience while learning to lead with discipline, empathy, and professionalism.
Future Coach Training
Our clinics bring experienced coaches and accomplished athletes together with the community to teach technique and inspire growth. Programs such as the Iron Mat Challenge and Train Like a Wrestler also welcome youth and adults who want fitness, confidence, and connection without traditional competition.
